Jasper Maekelberg is a Belgian producer, mixer, engineer, and songwriter whose passion for music is matched only by his commitment to bringing out the heart and soul of every artist he works with. Hailing from Ghent, Belgium, he has carved out a remarkable reputation through his inventive sonic touch, earning him two Music Industry Awards (MIAs) for Best Producer and a nomination for Best Musician—testaments to his impact on both sides of the recording console.

 

From the beginning, Jasper has balanced his role behind the boards with his life on stage. As the creative force and frontman of the acclaimed project Faces on TV, he developed a distinct sound—equal parts atmospheric indie, subtle pop hooks, and soulful undertones—that put him on the map as both an artist and a producer. With his second band, Oyesono, he continues to expand his musical boundaries, proving his versatility and unrelenting curiosity for new sonic palettes.
